How to Block Calls

Admins can block unwanted calls by assigning leads to a blocked list and applying it in call routing to control who enters the queue.

Steps to Block Calls

  1. Log In to Your Admin Account
    Access your admin dashboard via EnrollHere.

  2. Go to Lead Lists

    • Click the Leads drop-down in the navigation menu.

    • Select Lead Lists to view and manage existing lists.

  3. Create a Suppression List

    • Click Add List.

    • Name the list ā€œSuppressionā€ or choose a name that clearly reflects its purpose (e.g., ā€œBlocked Leadsā€).

    āœ… Once the suppression list is created, you can continue adding any leads you want to block directly to this list—no need to recreate it each time.

  4. Add Leads to the Suppression List

    • Return to the Leads drop-down and select Leads.

    • Click Add Lead.

    • Fill out the lead’s information.

    • At the bottom of the form, assign the lead to your suppression list.

  5. Apply the Suppression List in Call Routing

    • Navigate to Call Routing and select Queues.

    • Choose the queue where you want to block calls and click Edit.

    • Scroll to the Call Routing Settings section.

    • Locate the Block Leads List field and select your suppression list.

  6. Save Changes
    Review your settings and click Save to apply the changes.
