NOTE: This only pertains to V1 Billing, NOT to our new V2 Billing (if you have Payment Plans, you have V2 Billing). All Notifications are now Auto-Pay Reminders or Invoices and can be changed in the Payment Plan settings.

To set up or change your payment notifications, click your user icon in the top right, choose My Company, and then scroll down to the Payment Settings section under Notifications. Here you'll be able to set everything up to your liking.

Auto-Billing Notifications

Also called "Payment Due Notification," you can customize your reminder schedule by selecting notification frequency, starting on a specific day, and contact methods. These notifications will go out to anyone who has Auto-Billing on.

Auto-Pay Notifications

Customize the Company Auto-Pay Notifications the same way as Auto-Billing. These can be on an entirely different schedule. It's up to you! Auto-Pay notifications will go out to everyone who has Auto-Pay on AND who has a balance.

NOTE: If you don't see texting as an option, please let us know through the app chat option so we can get that added for you.
