Are you seeing this error message: "Invalid Token. Authentication Failed"?
Make sure you are on the correct URL:
Admin users have to log in from this URL: app.enrollsy.com
Instructors have to log in from this URL: app.enrollsy.com/teacher
Still doesn't work? Our authentication provider has a measure where they will not allow passage if your "Internet Time" isn't synced correctly on your device. Please verify that these settings are set correctly:
On a WINDOWS Computer: Double-click the system clock and then click on the Internet Time tab
On a MAC Computer: Applications > System Preferences > Date & Time
On an IOS Mobile Device:
From your home screen, navigate to Settings.
Tap General.
Tap Date & Time.
Make sure that the option to Set Automatically is turned on.
On an ANDROID Mobile Device:
Tap Settings to open the Settings menu.
Tap Date & Time.
Make sure that the option to Set Automatically is turned on.
Maybe your login email address is not what you expect it to be. Use the resources here to troubleshoot. Click on "Check your login" and enter to make sure you are inputting the correct email address.
