Achieving Inbox Zero

Keep your inbox clutter-free!

Updated over 2 weeks ago

We understand how overwhelming it can be to have a cluttered inbox, and we're here to help you achieve Inbox Zero.

On Enso, you can organize your messages by using categories such as to do, follow-up, resolved, or snooze for later. This will not only help you effectively manage your messages, but also keep your inbox clean and clutter-free. By assigning messages to these categories, you can easily access them and stay on top of your tasks.

New and To-do messages

All new messages and conversations will show on your To-do tab.

Resolved messages

After you respond to a message, simply click on Resolve to clear it from your inbox. The message will be moved to the Resolved tab helping you keep track of which messages you have already responded to.

If you change your mind and think there is a pending action, you can click on Unresolve and it will move back to the To-do tab.

๐Ÿ’ก Resolved conversations are active conversations with guests that you have replied to. They are different from Archived messages.

Archived messages

Guests who have checked out or guests with whom you haven't had any communication with in the past 14 days will automatically be moved to the Archived Conversations tab.

You can easily access these conversations by using the search bar or by visiting the Archived Conversations tab. And if you ever need to, you can always unarchive them at your convenience.

Snoozed and follow-up messages

If the message is not urgent, you can snooze it and it will temporarily be placed in the Follow-up tab. This way, you can review and take action on your messages at a more convenient time.

Simply click on Snooze and you will get a few options to go through this message at a later time.

You can also set up a custom time and date and add a note for when your team comes back to the conversation.

All your snoozed conversations will move to your Follow-up tab.
