The Print icon on your Squares grid lets you print your grid or download it as a PDF.
Where to Find the Print Icon
Open your active Squares Grid
Look in the top corner of the grid page (near your settings controls)
You'll see:
A ⚙️ Gear icon (Grid Settings)
A 🖨️ Printer icon (Print / PDF) — located directly next to the Settings icon
If you don't see the printer icon, make sure you're viewing the active grid page.
Printing Options
When you click the Print icon, you'll have two options:
Print (Standard Print Option)
This sends your grid directly to your printer.
Note: This version does not include grid lines
Download as PDF
This generates a PDF version of your grid that you can print or save.
This option includes grid lines, making it ideal for clean and organized printing
Best Practice
If you want your grid to display clearly with lines:
Select the PDF option
Then print from the downloaded file
Important Notes
The standard print option is quicker but does not include grid lines
The PDF option provides a more polished and structured layout for printing
