Once your NCAAB Bracket contest is created, you can invite participants directly from the Commissioner Console. Inviting members ensures they receive access to your contest and can submit their brackets before the deadline.
Step 1: Open the Invite Members Page
Go to the Commissioner Console
Select Invite Members
This will open the invitation tools for your contest.
Step 2: Choose How You Want to Invite Members
You will see two available options:
Invite Existing Members from a Prior Year
Use this option if you ran a similar contest previously.
Quickly re-invite participants from last year's contest
Saves time by reusing your established member list
Ideal for recurring office contests or annual groups
Note: If this is a newly created contest with no prior history, this option will not appear.
Invite New Members
Use this option to invite participants who are not part of a prior contest.
Enter email addresses or share your invite link
Invite friends, family, coworkers, or new participants
Suitable for first-time contests or expanding your contest
Tips for Successful Invitations
Send invites early to allow time for bracket completion
Remind members of the pick deadline
Share the invite link through email or messaging apps
Inviting members is the final step before your NCAAB Bracket contest goes live with participants. Once invited, members can join the contest and begin preparing their brackets.
