How It Works
If “Allow WD players to be repicked” is turned ON:
A golfer who withdraws (WD) can be selected again in a future tournament
If this setting is OFF:
The withdrawn golfer is still considered “used” and cannot be picked again

Summary
You can only reuse a withdrawn player if the WD repick setting is enabled. Otherwise, they count as a used golfer for the remainder of the contest.
