Where Can a Commissioner Access the Commissioner Console?

Commissioners can access the Commissioner Console directly within their contest.


How to Access

  • Open your contest

  • Click “Commissioner Console” in the top navigation


What Can You Do in the Commissioner Console?

General Contest Management

  • Contest Settings Edit rules, scoring, schedule, and overall configuration

  • Pay Contest Fee Submit payment to keep your contest active

  • Change Pool Start Date Navigate to Contest Settings > Scoring & Date Settings to adjust the start date and related timing options.

  • Verify Pool Length and Payment Prompts Ensure the Pool Length matches your plan to avoid unexpected payment prompts.


Contest Members

  • Member Management View all members and their entries

  • Email Members Generate a list of member emails for communication

  • Invite Instructions Share steps or links to invite new or returning members- Avoid Charges for Unused Entries Filter entries with 0 picks, then delete unused entries via Manage Entries & Picks to ensure accurate billing.


Pick Management

  • Member Pick Maintenance
    Enter or edit picks on behalf of members

  • Pick Log
    View a complete history of all pick submissions
