Summary: Contest Revivals only kicks in for the rare case where an entire remaining field gets eliminated in the same week — it's an automatic safety net so a whole pool doesn't just end abruptly. Separately, a commissioner always has the manual option to revive or add back individual entrants themselves through the Entrant Manager, whether or not this setting is on.
