Splash currently allows commissioners to create NHL contests using:
NHL Pick'em
NHL Survivor
Use the Survivor or Pick'em tabs at the top of the page to view the available format, then select the format you would like to use and choose Continue.
Before you continue
Your contest format cannot be changed after it has been selected and the contest is created.
We recommend confirming which format you want to use before continuing through the rest of your contest setup.
If you select the wrong format, you will need to create a new contest using the correct format.
