How to set up and begin using the Momentify platform!

Welcome to Momentify! 👋 We're excited to have you here and can't wait to show you around! This comprehensive guide will help you get started with Momentify. We recommend you take the following steps as a priority, as these will unlock further features and functionality for you and your team to get the most out of Momentify.

We’ve broken this guide into the following sections:


Step 1: Create your Momentify account

First, you should have received an email to join a workspace in Momentify. Click on the embedded link or copy and paste the link into your browser.


Step 2: Edit your profile

Once on the registration page, set your Display Name, Company, Title, and Password. Completing the most fields will provide the full benefit of the Momentify platform to manage events and facilities!


Step 3: Install the Momentify Explorer iPad app

Using your iPad, open the Apple App Store and download the Momentify Explorer iPad app. Once downloaded, use your newly created Momentify Account to sign in to the iPad app!

After you log in to the iPad App and if your team has already created an event, select the appropriate event from the dropdown.

Note: Only future events will be visible in the dropdown.


Step 4: Create or view events

On the web application, navigate to the "Events" page and click on an existing event to Edit or View Leads.
