Momentify Explorer Quick Start

Get started with the Momentify iPad Application.

The Momentify Explorer App is designed to help your team seamlessly capture and manage interactions during live events, whether using handheld devices or mounted kiosks.

Follow the steps below to install the app, sign in, and get set up for your next event.

We’ve broken this guide into the following sections:

Step 1: Install the App

  1. Open the Apple App Store on your iPad.

  2. Search for Momentify Explorer.

  3. Download the app or click here to install directly.

Step 2: Sign In

  1. Launch the Momentify Explorer App.

  2. Sign in using your Momentify account credentials (email and password).

⚠️ Once signed in and if you only have one workspace (most common), your workspace will be automatically detected based on your account access.

Step 3: Select Your Event

  1. After signing in, you’ll see a list of upcoming and active events in your workspace.

  2. Tap the event you’re attending to begin capturing leads and interactions.

Step 4: Select An Operation Mode

Kiosk Mode: Ideal for mounted iPads used by attendees. The interface is streamlined and self-guided—perfect for unattended use.

Guided Mode: Best for handheld use by your team members. This mode gives your team more control and flexibility to engage attendees directly.

You can switch between modes at any time in the device setting (tapping on the top corner of the screen right three times).

Step 5: Set a Device Name (Optional)

Give your device a unique name to help track where leads are being captured. This is especially helpful if you have multiple devices in different areas of your booth or assigned to different teams.

Examples:

  • “Front Desk iPad”

  • “Product Demo Zone”

  • “Team Alpha – East Side”

Device names will appear in lead records and analytics, making it easier to segment lead sources and evaluate performance.


Once setup is complete, your team is ready to start capturing leads and driving engagement!
