Smart Columns let you automatically enrich lead data captured in Momentify by uploading your own reference files. With just a few rules, you can match fields like Zip Code or Company Name to additional context—like territory, dealer, account owner, or industry. This helps your team instantly categorize, prioritize, and follow up with leads using smarter data.

When to Use
Use Smart Columns when you want to:
Automatically add meaningful context to leads based on a known field
Segment and report on leads more effectively
Route leads by region, rep, or vertical
Reduce manual effort and improve follow-up speed
Example: You capture a lead’s Zip Code at a trade show. With Smart Columns, you can instantly map that Zip Code to a dealer region or sales rep territory using your own external data.
How to Use
Go to Settings > Intelligence > Smart Columns
Create a New Smart Column
Name your Smart Column (e.g., “Dealer Region”)
Enter a Description
Choose the captured Momentify field to match (e.g., “Zip Code”)
Upload or link your external reference file (e.g., a CSV or database with Zip Codes and corresponding regions)
Select the database tab you want to use
Set Your Matching Rule
Select the column you want to match with
Select the mapped field you want to enrich your leads with
Name that field
(optional)
Save and Activate
Once saved, Momentify will automatically apply your rules to new and existing leads for Live and Upcoming events

Tips & Notes
Smart Columns are read-only and update automatically when new leads are captured or edited
You can edit or delete Smart Columns anytime in Settings
