The Mobile Self Registration feature is perfect for larger events, high-traffic spaces, or presentation-style experiences where direct staff interaction may not be possible. It allows attendees to scan a QR code, complete a form on their own device, and instantly become a captured lead in your event.
Mobile Self Registration provides you with a unique QR code for each event that can be displayed on signage, slides, kiosks, or printed materials. When scanned, attendees are directed to a branded Momentify form where they can complete their registration independently.
This is a great solution for:
Event presentations or keynote sessions
Lobby or reception check-in areas
Passive booths or unattended zones
Overflow engagement during peak times
The registration form that attendees see is based on your event’s template, allowing you to choose:
What fields users must complete (e.g., name, email, company)
What questions they’ll answer (e.g., interests, objectives)
What content they’ll receive in return
Customizing Self Registration for an Event
Each event in Momentify includes Mobile Self Registration as a default Moment.
To view or modify the settings:
Go to your Event in the Momentify Web Application
Click the “Moments” button in the event header
Select the “Mobile Registration” Moment
From here, you can:
Preview the registration form
Customize the QR code and download
Update template selection

Place the QR code in high-visibility areas (e.g., booth entrance, presentation screens, signage)
Use short, scannable URLs alongside the QR code for accessibility
Monitor leads in real time from the Leads Table and Event Analytics
