This tool allows you to view and manage the studio line(s) and their settings on your group's account.

  • The monthly limit and usage rate can be viewed for each studio line here.

  • The settings for each studio line can be tweaked through here - to update the studio lines' names, change their time zones, enable/disable the profile activation form to accept text members, etc.

Admin Side:

"Phone Lines" Section

"Edit Line" Section

These are the details for each item:

  • "Phone Lines" Section - The section to view and manage the studio line(s) on your account.

    • Name - The name of the studio line(s).

    • Number - The phone number for the studio line(s).

    • Limit - The monthly limit set up for the studio line(s) based on the plan to chose for them.

    • Usage - The amount of outgoing messages that has been sent out through the studio line(s) this month.

    • "Access" Button - Clicking this will switch you to the studio line to manage.

      • It will take you to the "Messages" tool for the studio line.

    • "Edit" Button - Clicking this will open the "Edit Line" section - to edit the studio line's settings.

  • "Edit Line" Section - The section to manage the studio line's settings on your account.

    • Line Name - The field to edit the studio line's name.

    • Time Zone - The field to change studio line's time zone.

    • Message Signature - The field to set up or edit the signature that will send alongside outgoing messages.

      • Note: This can also be managed in the "Auto Responders" tool.

    • Default Auto Response - The field to set up or edit the studio line's default auto response - which is used to automatically send out to non-keyword messages.

      • Note: This can also be managed in the "Auto Responders" tool.

    • Require Profile Activation - The field to enable/disable a "Profile Activation" form - to require people to create a profile before they can text the studio line.

    • Fields to include on activation form - The option to enable/disable fields for the studio line's "Profile Activation" form. Below are the available fields for the form:

      • First Name

        • Note: This is enabled by default, and it can't be disabled

      • Last Name

        • Note: This is enabled by default, and it can't be disabled

      • Email

      • City

      • State

      • Zip

      • Birthday

      • Gender

    • Intake form disclaimer addendum - A field to add or edit a short paragraph to the text a new texter must "Agree" to when filling out their profile in the "Profile Activation" form.

    • Activation Message - The field to add or edit a short message that sends along with the link to the "Profile Activation" form - as long as "Profile Activation" is enabled.

      • Note: Both the message and link will send out if a new person is texting the studio line for the first time.

    • Restrict SMS blasts to account admins and group admins only - The field to enable/disable the ability for regular admin accounts to use the "Send SMS Blast" tool.
