To GO LIVE with your new Envisionwise Website, you must update your DNS to point to the Envisionwise servers.

The DNS records are below:

  • A Record pointing to 104.154.167.26

  • A Record for www to point to 104.154.167.26 or CNAME for www to point to @

  • TXT Record pointing to v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:mailgun.org include:servers.mcsv.net ~all

    • It is recommended to have the TXT Record set up as it helps with mail and newsletters delivery through the website.

Once DNS updates are completed, please contact our team at support@envisionwise.com and we will add a SSL certificate and make the website live on the back-end too.

What can I do if I am not sure how to update my domain?

If you are not sure how to make the changes for the domain, you can do one of the following:

  • Contact our team at 217-239-0975, and we can help run through what needs to be set up for the domain. We can set up a screen-share and navigate you through the DNS process.

  • If your domain registrar is GoDaddy, you can delegate access to our team and we can assist with setting up your domain to point to your website. This process is much safer than providing your login credentials to the team. This can be done on your account under Account > Delegate Access on https://account.godaddy.com/profile, and you can remove the team's access after they update the DNS records for the domain. You can use our team's support email (support@envisionwise.com) to delegate access to.
