This tool allows you to view and set up keywords or phrases for people to subscribe to. This is separate from the “Contests” tool.
Keywords / phrases can be set up for anything. It can be for things like weather, giveaways, or anything you would like to use it for.
Custom auto responses can be set up for these keywords.
If people send a message with a keyword or phrase to the studio line, they will be subscribed to the club for that.
The auto response for the keyword / phrase will be sent as well.
If a person includes more than just the keyword or phrase in their message, they will get a regular / default auto response instead of subscribing to the club.
They must only type in the keyword or phrase to subscribe to the club.
You can send messages to those subscribed to the club.
People can opt out of the club if they don’t want to receive messages from it anymore.
Admin Side:
These are the details for each item:
Keyword or Phrase - The keywords or phrases people can text to the studio line to subscribe to the keyword clubs
Auto Response - The auto responses that will get sent to people depending on the keyword they text to the studio line.
Status - The status of if the keyword or phrase is “active” or “inactive” for the studio line.
“Add New” Button - Clicking it opens a “Add New Key Phrase” pop-up to create a new keyword.
“Add New Key Phrase” Box:
“Send” Button - Clicking it opens a section to send messages to those subscribed to a club. Previous messages can be viewed here as well.
“Subscribers” Button - Clicking it opens the "Subscriber List" section for a keyword to view who has joined the club and when they joined it.
“Export to Excel” Button - Clicking it exports the stats from the “Subscribers” section of a club into an Excel file.
“Edit” Button - Clicking this allows you to edit a keyword - to change the keyword’s auto response and to adjust it to be active or not.
"Edit" Box:
“Delete” Button - Clicking it allows you to delete a keyword / phrase club.
Once you delete one, all subscribers and the messages you sent to them through this club will be removed from the admin as well.
