This tool allows you to set up Auto Responders that will send automatic responses whenever someone texts the studio line. These only work with non-keyword messages.
You can set up a default auto responder to send out a default response to non-keyword messages.
Custom auto responders can be created if you need specific auto responses sent to messages based on a specific day and time.
Can be set up for radio shows.
These override the default auto responder.
A signature can be set up to display below every automatic response.
When scheduling an auto responder, make sure it doesn’t overlap with another one. An error message will appear if this happens.
Admin Side:
These are the details for each item:
“Add New” Button - Clicking this will allow you to create a new custom Auto Responder.
“Add New Auto Responder” Box
“Default Response” Button - Clicking this will allow you to manage or set up the default auto response.
“Default Auto Response” Box:
“Signature” Button - Clicking this will allow you to manage or set up the signature for the auto responses.
"Update Signature" Box:
Current Auto Responders - The section to view and manage your custom Auto Responders.
Label - The names of your Auto Responders.
Auto Response - The text that will be sent to people whenever they send a non-keyword message.
“Schedule” Button - Clicking this will allow you to schedule an Auto Responder.
You can set the Start / End Time, as well as select the days, for the responder to run on.
If the schedule for the responder overlaps with another one, a warning message will appear and ask you to fix it.
“Edit” Button - Clicking this will allow you to update an Auto Responder.
“Delete” Button - Clicking this will allow you to delete an Auto Responder.
