Edit a Meeting

  1. From the Dashboard, click the three dots next to the “Join” button of the meeting you would like to edit, then click “Edit.”

  2. From the meeting edit screen, you can change any aspect of the meeting.

  • The meeting type and the agenda of the meeting.

  • You can drag and drop the meeting segments to rearrange the order, click the time dropdown to increase or decrease the length of the segment, or click the trash can to remove the segment.

  • Attendees

  • Click the “X” to the right of a person’s name to remove them from a meeting. NOTE: Removing a person from a meeting will reassign any items they owned to the meeting creator.

  • Meeting Name

  • Schedule (date and time of the meeting and its recurring nature).- To adjust the schedule, locate the 'First Meeting & Schedule' section. Click on the current date to open the calendar and select a new one. The chosen day will define the recurring meeting day.

  • Modify the meeting time as necessary in the same section. If using a smaller screen, scroll down to find and click the "Save" button after making changes.

  1. The changes you make will be reflected on the right side of the meeting edit screen.

  2. Click “Save,” and your changes will be saved!
