Process Documents in EOS One helps your team clearly define, document, and align on the core processes that keep your business running smoothly. This feature ensures that every process is followed by all, driving accountability and consistency across your organization.
What it is
The Process Documents feature guides you through the EOS approach to building strong, scalable processes. It follows the proven Identify → Document → Package model to help your Leadership Team capture, standardize, and roll out your company's core processes.
Each documented process lives in the EOS App and can be easily referenced, updated, and shared across teams.
Who can use it?
Owners, Admins, and Managers can create, edit, and delete Process documents.
Members can view Process documents and use the Atlas AI to ask questions about their processes.
How to access/use it
To create or manage a Process Document:
In the EOS App, click Processes in the left-hand navigation bar.
Click Add Process in the top right corner.
Follow the three-step structure:
Identify: Choose a Core Process and assign an owner.
Document: Write out the key steps clearly and simply.
Package: Finalize the process and prepare it to be shared, trained on, and measured.
How to Remove Processes
To remove a process:
In EOS One, click Processes in the left-hand navigation bar.
Find the process you wish to remove and choose the three dots
Choose "Remove."
💡 Each process can be given a tag or tags in order for quick filtering. Processes can be searched by tag, keywords, or title

Q: What qualifies as a “Core Process”?
A: Core processes are the essential, repeatable activities that drive your business: HR, Sales, Operations, Accounting, etc. Focus only on what’s most critical.
Q: Who should document our processes?
A: The designated process owner should create and manage the document, but final review and alignment should come from the Leadership Team.
Q: Can we update a process later?
A: Yes. Process Documents are fully editable in the EOS App. You can update, revise, and repackage them as your business evolves.
Q: What permission level(s) can remove processes?
A: Manger, Admin, Owner are the licenses that can remove a process
