For safety reasons, the handlebars and the saddle must always be positioned between the minimum and maximum markings.
To adjust the position of the saddle and the handlebars, loosen the clamping lever, place the seat post or the handlebars at the correct height, and then retighten the lever.
The angle of the seat is adjusted using the nuts that secure the seat to the rail. Make sure the nuts are secure to prevent the seat from moving.
