Technically unavoidable variations in battery consumption and performance, as well as a loss of capacity due to the use of the product, do not constitute a material defect.

The battery is not covered by the warranty if :

- The battery is discoloured.

- The battery case is damaged.

- The battery is open.

- There are traces of the battery being opened.
