This guide explains how to change the payment method for your next renewal invoice.
Go to this site: https://www.epicshops.com/account/
Click on the Manage your billing account button and put in the email address you've used to sign up. Hit the Continue button.
Enter the One Time Password sent to your email and hit the Login button.
Once logged in, go to Payment Methods and then the Edit Payment Method option.
You can then update the card we have on file. Kindly just make sure to save the changes.
You can also send an email to support@epicshops.com and will send you a link for you to update your payment method. |
