episki is designed for teams. Here’s how to collaborate effectively.

Workspace Members

Your workspace can include multiple members with different roles:

Viewers—Can see assessments, programs, and frameworks
Contributors—Can edit and add content
Administrators—Can manage workspace settings and members

Assigning Work

Distribute compliance work by:

• Assigning tasks to specific team members
• Assigning recurring tasks in programs
• Setting owners for issues

Each person sees their assigned work directly on their dashboard.

Working Together on Assessments

Multiple team members can work on the same assessment:

• Different people handle different controls
• Track progress together as a team
• See who is working on what

Notifications

Stay informed with notifications for:

• Tasks assigned to you
• Upcoming due dates
• Overdue items
• Comments and mentions

Tips for Team Success

Follow these collaboration best practices:

Divide by expertise—Assign controls to people who know the area best
Set realistic due dates—Give enough time to complete work properly
Communicate—Use comments and descriptions to share context
Review regularly—Hold team check-ins to address blockers and track progress
