Below are solutions to common issues users may encounter while working in episki.
I can’t see a framework, assessment, or program
• Check your permissions—you may need the correct role to view certain content. Contact your workspace administrator.
• Check your workspace—Make sure you are in the correct workspace (shown in the top navigation).
My program health dropped unexpectedly
• Check for overdue tasks—Open your program and look for unhealthy controls. Overdue recurring tasks are usually the cause.
• Complete or reschedule—Finish overdue tasks or work with an administrator to adjust schedules.
I need to change an assessment’s framework
Assessments are linked to a single framework at creation.
• You cannot change the framework after creation
• Create a new assessment if you need a different framework
A task is stuck in the wrong status
• Update the status manually—open the task and change its status using the dropdown
• Check permissions—You may need edit access to change task status
I accidentally deleted something
• Check with your administrator—some deletions may be recoverable
• Contact support if needed
I need to add a new team member
Only administrators can add new workspace members.
• Contact your workspace administrator for help
The due date passed, but the work isn’t done
• Update the due date—Edit the task or issue and set a new realistic deadline
• Document the delay—Add a comment explaining why and when it will be completed
I need to export my data
• Use the reports feature—generate an assessment report and export it
• Contact support—For bulk data exports, reach out to support
