Below are solutions to common issues users may encounter while working in episki.

I can’t see a framework, assessment, or program

Check your permissions—you may need the correct role to view certain content. Contact your workspace administrator.
Check your workspace—Make sure you are in the correct workspace (shown in the top navigation).

My program health dropped unexpectedly

Check for overdue tasks—Open your program and look for unhealthy controls. Overdue recurring tasks are usually the cause.
Complete or reschedule—Finish overdue tasks or work with an administrator to adjust schedules.

I need to change an assessment’s framework

Assessments are linked to a single framework at creation.

• You cannot change the framework after creation
• Create a new assessment if you need a different framework

A task is stuck in the wrong status

Update the status manually—open the task and change its status using the dropdown
Check permissions—You may need edit access to change task status

I accidentally deleted something

Check with your administrator—some deletions may be recoverable
• Contact support if needed

I need to add a new team member

Only administrators can add new workspace members.

• Contact your workspace administrator for help

The due date passed, but the work isn’t done

Update the due date—Edit the task or issue and set a new realistic deadline
Document the delay—Add a comment explaining why and when it will be completed

I need to export my data

Use the reports feature—generate an assessment report and export it
Contact support—For bulk data exports, reach out to support
