“How do I use the Talent Pool?”

In this 2-hour webinar, we'll be looking at the following tools and topics:
Skills
QuickMatch
Query Builder and Advanced Filter
Dashboard Widgets
Application Statuses and Action Outcomes
We’re going to look at Talent Pooling from two perspectives – Reactive and Proactive.
The first section, Reactive Talent Pooling, will focus on Skills and the QuickMatch – these tools will help you to prioritise Applications you’ve already received and quickly match Candidates already on your database with the requirements of a Vacancy.
The second section, Proactive Talent Pooling, will look at how you can create dynamic talent pools using the Query Builder, Advanced Filter and Dashboard Widgets. We’ll also discuss how Application Statuses and Action Outcomes can be incorporated into your Talent Pools to help reduce the possibility of strong candidates from being lost.
