How is Eploy accessed?

As a cloud-based platform, to access Eploy users will need an internet connection and a compatible device (details on device compatibility are covered later in this guide). There are four main interfaces that a user can access Eploy from as shown below.

Eploy Core System

This is the core recruitment system and is typically used by the Recruitment, HR and Onboarding teams. They will use the system to oversee and manage all aspects of recruitment and onboarding. It will be accessed over SSL using an Eploy based domain name

Hiring Manager Portal

This will be accessed by your Hiring Manager population that may be located at your head office or support centre, at regional locations such as shops and depots or out in the field. They will use this portal to raise vacancy requisitions, progress candidates through the recruitment workflow and raise offer requests. They may have the ability to contact candidates. It will be accessed over SSL using an Eploy based domain name

Agency Portal

This will be accessed by recruitment agencies on your PSL (preferred suppliers list). They will use the portal to submit candidates to jobs that have been allocated to them. The system will be accessed securely using one of your SSL certificates and domains or sub domains.

Candidate Portal

This is where candidates will go to view and apply for jobs. They can also keep their profile up to date and go through onboarding processes. The system will be accessed securely using one of your SSL certificates and domains or sub domains or can run in a sub folder with a reverse proxy.
