The Eploy AdStore

Written by Glenn Jones

With the Eploy AdStore, you can easily purchase job ads on over 3,000 different platforms without the need to set up accounts or commit to long term agreements with each job board. The AdStore is designed to allow you to pick and choose which platforms you use for different jobs, benefitting from special bundle discounts, as well as the flexibility to try out different niche boards that you may not have considered before.

Please watch the recorded webinar below to learn more, or read on for step-by-step guidance on how to use the AdStore.

Getting Started with AdStore

First off, we need to get you set up to use the AdStore so please contact your Eploy Account Manager to get your account up and running. Once this is in place, you can then begin to map your fields to the integration and get posting!

Field Mapping

The field mapping takes place within Configure Job Boards screen, which is available under Admin > Job Boards > Configure Job Boards.

From there, you can then click into AdStore and select Configure on Field Mappings.

โš ๏ธ IMPORTANT - You will not be able to make the AdStore active until the field mappings are complete.

You'll now see all the external fields used by the AdStore, allowing you to pick the corresponding field within your Eploy. Some will be straightforward and align clearly (like job description being the advertising About the Role / About the Candidate / About the Company fields) while others will require additional mapping, such as drop down lists.

When you do map an external field to a drop down list, you will also see the option for Map Values. This is where you map the content of the list to the content of the external field.

By selecting Map Values, you can then map the values you use in your version of the field to those used by the AdStore:

Complete all of the required fields and ensure they are all mapped, as well as any values from drop down lists; if any fields are not required, you do not need to map them but you may need to populate them on each advert when posting via the AdStore, so best practise would be to map as many of the fields listed as possible!

Once the mapping is complete, save the changes and see that you will now be able to activate the AdStore.

Posting Jobs via the AdStore

Launch AdStore

Now that the AdStore is configured, you can begin posting your advertised vacancies via our Post Job widget.

With suitable credit in place, open the AdStore tab and click Post Job.

The first step is finding the right talent, where the Job Title, Job Function, Location and Industries will be pulled through from your Eploy vacancy. You can then make any changes required before moving onto the next step, Media Mix Recommendation.

Media Mix Recommendation

This is where you can decide where to post your vacancy, selecting from specific platforms or choosing one of the product bundles for additional discounted rates.

Scroll through the recommended platforms or open the Channel Filters to search for specific job boards, noting the cost of each post at the top along with the duration of the advert. Click Add to Campaign on the ones you would like to proceed with before selecting Basket Summary to proceed.

๐Ÿค“ Tip - Don't forget to benefit from some of the free platforms available to you!

Basket Summary, Order Review and Checkout

The Basket Summary page lists all your selected channels and indicates the total cost for your posting. To proceed, click Order Review.

As part of the Order Review, you can populate any fields which haven't been mapped or picked up from the vacancy, as required by the job boards.

Complete all of the required fields and then select Basket Summary to see your Campaign, including a breakdown of the platforms selected and the costs associated to your selection:

Finalise your order, using the Previous button to go back and make amends, or the Delete icon to remove a platform from your campaign.

Once you are ready, click Order Campaign to confirm your job post.

The cost will be immediately removed from your Eploy balance and be processed by the Adstore, which can take several days to advertise. The delivery time will be confirmed as part of the order.

Once posted, you can then track your AdStore spend and adverts via the vacancy, as well as on your Eploy Dashboards.
