When looking at a Candidate record (or Application), an indicator appears after the Candidate Name and ID if they are of the following types:
- Internal Candidate
- Previous Employee
- Agency Candidate
Internal Candidates
Eploy will add the Internal Candidate indicator when Do you currently work for us? is set to Yes.
This field is found within the Other Information section of the Requirements field group.
To add or remove this indicator, access the Candidate record and click the Edit pencil against Requirements. Scroll down to the Other Information section and set Do you currently work for us? to Yes or No.
Previous Employees
The Previous Employee indicator is added when Have you previously worked for us? is set to Yes.
This field is found within the Other Information section of the Requirements field group.
To add or remove this indicator, access the Candidate record and click the Edit pencil against Requirements. Scroll down to the Other Information section and set Have you previously worked for us? to Yes or No.
Agency Candidates
Eploy will add the Agency Candidate indicator when the Candidate Record is associated with a Vendor.
The Vendors field can be found within the Relationships section of the Personal field group.
To add or remove this indicator, access the Candidate record and click the Edit pencil against Personal. To mark the Candidate as an Agency candidate, select a vendor from the list and click Save. To remove the flag, deselect all selected Vendors and click Save.
