I have a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. I have experience working with adolescents and adults focusing on depression, anxiety, OCD and more. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, exploring the underlying factors that motivate feelings and behaviors, and often incorporate aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy.
