Easily view asset data from your Komatsu equipment in T3 with the Komtrax integration. With a quick setup, you can bring select telematics data from Komtrax-enabled machines directly into your T3 Fleet platform via the AEMP Telematics Standard (ISO 15143-3), no additional hardware required.

What You Need Before You Start
The Komtrax integration requires a few pre-requisites to ensure a smooth setup.
Asset & Hardware Requirements
Your equipment must be equipped with Komtrax or Komtrax Plus telematics hardware.
Confirm that your machines are actively reporting via Komtrax, and that your Komtrax subscription is active.
Account & Subscription Access
An active Komtrax account / subscription with permission to access API credentials.
An active T3 subscription.
User Credentials & Permissions
Valid Komtrax ISO API credentials provided by Komatsu. Don't have credentials?
Username / Account
Password
Manager or Admin-Level role within T3.
Setting Up the Komtrax Integration
Log into T3 Fleet.
Navigate to the Company page and select the Integrations tab. The Integrations homepage will display.
Locate the Komatsu integration and select Add integration.
Enter the credentials you received from Komatsu:
Account / Username
Password
Note: Your credentials must be requested from Komatsu. See How to Request Your Credentials below to learn more.
Click Submit credentials. T3 will validate the credentials and begin syncing your Komtrax data.
You will be returned to the OEM Integrations page.
The integration status will be Pending while the data imports.
Once the feeds for the equipment in the OEM fleet are available in T3, the status of the card will change to Connected.
Once the integration has a Connected status, you can begin assigning the feeds to assets created in T3. The feeds appear in T3 as tracker devices. For more information, see Assigning a Tracker Device to An Asset in T3.
How to Request Your Komtrax API Credentials

Contact Komtrax Support at komtrax@komatsuna.com.
In your message, identify yourself as the Equipment Manager for your assets.
Email template (copy/paste):
Subject: Komatsu API Credentials
Hello Komtrax Administrator,
<Your Company Name> is requesting to pull our Komatsu Komtrax API feed into our T3 platform. I am the Equipment Manager for these assets and am requesting this feed for our T3 account. Please provide my Komtrax API credentials so I can connect my AEMP feed to my T3 platform.

What to expect:
Komtrax Support will send you an email containing the requested credentials.
Once received, log into T3 → Company → Integrations → Komtrax, enter the values, and save.
After validation, T3 will begin pulling your Komtrax asset data.
