A user can be added to the Technology Platform by an Owner, Admin, or Manager.
Adding a New User: Video
From EquipmentShare Technology Platform, select the app drawer to access the Fleet browser app.
From the left menu, select Company.
Select the Users tab.
Select the Add User button.
Complete the Profile form for the user.
The new user will display in the Users Table and will default to a User role.
Note: A User role is given their own login and can see the assets assigned to them through Groups. For more information, see Creating a Group. The User role cannot edit, add or view other users. To update the User role, see Updating a User.
