If you mistakenly closed or completed a Work Order and need it re-opened, it can be completed in a few simple steps. If you accidentally deleted a Work Order and need it restored, follow the steps here. Only a Manager or Owner-level role can re-open and restore Work Orders.

Re-Opening a Completed or Closed Work Order

  • Log into T3's Fleet web app.

  • Select Service from the left menu.

  • From the Work Order table, select the Closed tab to locate the Work Order.

  • Select the blue ID link to open the WO details.

  • From the Actions button, select Reopen.

    • Note: You cannot reopen a Billed status Work Order.

  • The WO will reopen.

Restoring a Deleted Work Order

  • Log into T3's Fleet web app.

  • Select Service from the left menu.

  • From the Work Order table, find the deleted WO and select the blue ID link.

  • From the WO details, select the Actions button, and then Restore.

  • The WO is restored.
