Your browser tends to hold on to information, and over time it could cause problems with logging in or loading T3. It's always a good idea to clear out the cache or browser history, and clear cookies regularly.

How to Clear Cache

We recommend using Chrome or Firefox browsers when accessing T3

  • On your computer, open Chrome.

  • At the top right, click More (3 dots).

  • Choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  • Click Clear data.

  • Exit all browser windows and re-open.
