Testing your device and internet connection before an interview

Instructions on how to test your laptop or phone before joining your remote interview

Before you join your interview using the Equitas interview software platform we strongly recommend that you test your device and internet connection to make sure your interview goes as smoothly as possible on the day.

You will usually receive a link to the test area in your interview email invite, it will be the same as the link below:


https://app.equitas.ai/test-your-device

It will take you to the following screen where you can test your camera, microphone and if you have a stable internet connection.

💡 Please make sure you use the same device and internet connection that you will be using on the day of the interview.
