If you are trying to allow your camera and microphone for an interview and have seen the below screen which says "Turned off in Android settings" please follow this guide to manually turn them on.
1. Tap on the blue writing that says - "Turned off in Android settings"
2. Tap on "Permissions".
3. Then you will need to individually click into Camera and then Microphone.
4. Click on allow for the Camera as below and then go back and do the same for the microphone.
5. Finally click back until you get to the "Get ready" screen where your camera and microphone should be working. You may need to refresh the screen to ensure that they are working.
💡 Note - Don't worry if the button says "Waiting" once you have followed these steps, you will only be able to "Join" once the interviewers have opened the interview room. You can find more information and useful tips on joining the interview as a candidate here.
