  1. Click on the 'Create a campaign' button on the top right corner

  2. You can either select an existing role from the dropdown menu..

or click on the 'Create new role' button to add a new role and enter the required details

  3. The next step is to create a title for the campaign. Here you can add as many additional details as you like (such as grade, location etc.)

  4. Once done, you will need to create the first interview round.

4.1 The round title can be anything - 'Round 1', 'Competency-based interview', or anything similar.

4.2 Please select the duration for the interview from the dropdown menu on the left hand side

4.3 Add an introduction to the interview round. You can either enter this manually or use the '?' button to enter a sample introduction

  5. Next, you will need to select an interview framework, competencies and questions from the dropdown menu

💡 In order to continue with the campaign creation, you need to select competencies and questions. These can be changed at any stage before the campaign has gone live, e.g. the first interview has been conducted.

  6. Select opening and closing questions for the interview

7. Finally, add interviewers for the campaign

💡 This also includes colleagues who would not be interviewing candidates, but nevertheless need access to the campaign. This replaces the old procedure where you needed to schedule a test candidate for a test interview session.

8. Optionally, you can also add candidates to the campaign, but this can also be done at a later stage

💡Sending invites functionality is available once the campaign has been created on the next page
