How to enable push notifications

  1. Go to Settings:
    Open the Settings app on your phone.

  2. Navigate to Notifications:
    Tap on Notifications or Apps & Notifications (this may vary by device)..

  3. Find the App:
    Scroll through the list of apps and select the one you want to enable push notifications for.

  4. Enable Notifications:
    Toggle the switch for Allow Notifications to turn it on.

  5. Customize Alerts:

    • Choose how you want notifications to appear (e.g., Lock Screen, Notification Center, or Banners).

    • Enable Sounds and Badges if needed.

  6. Check Focus Modes:
    If you’re not receiving notifications, make sure Focus modes (like Do Not Disturb) aren’t blocking them.
    For Android- Ensure battery optimization settings aren’t restricting notifications for the app.
