Relias is used by many companies. If you've used them before, know that TotalMed has a unique URL. We recommend clearing your cache and making sure any auto-filled passwords are for TotalMed's Relias site.
How do I access Relias?
If it's your first time traveling with TotalMed, an email will be sent from Relias to set up your account. TotalMed will also send an email notifying you of items assigned.
If you already have an account, go to https://totalmed.training.reliaslearning.com/ and enter your email on file with TotalMed for "Username", and your password.
How do I reset my password?
Go to https://totalmed.training.reliaslearning.com/ and click "Forgot your password?"
Your username will be your email on file with TotalMed.
If following Relias' prompt fails, reach out to your Recruiter or Compliance contact for assistance.
How do I change my email?
Let your recruiter or Compliance contact know which email you need to change it to so they can get it updated on the backend.
Why don't I see the exam/checklist?
Check the top-left corner of the site for the TotalMed logo. If it's there, reach out to your Recruiter or Compliance contact for assistance.
If there is no TotalMed logo:

Make sure the username and password used are for your TotalMed Relias account
Why is the "Due Date" in Relias different?
The "Due Date" in Relias indicates how long the test is available to take and is always set to 45 days from the date issued regardless of your file or expiring deadlines.
What happens if I fail an exam?
TotalMed has a retake policy, and your total number of attempts is limited. If you immediately need more support than the content outlines and incorrect answers available in Relias' site, let your Compliance contact know. They will engage our Clinical Nurse Liaisons, who have the expertise to help you prepare for your next attempt.
