What should I bring to the clinic/lab?

Always bring a valid photo ID and the authorization information with you. Review the instructions from your Compliance contact before you go- they will mention if a specific mask or a paper chain of custody should be brought to the clinic.

Do I have an appointment?

Usually, no. Compliance will always let you know if they had to schedule something on your behalf, and will try to coordinate with you beforehand.

We do encourage you to make appointments when possible for your convenience, and are happy to assist on request. Labs like Quest and LabCorp make it easy to schedule online.

How do I change clinic/lab locations?

Our team does their best to find a location near you that offers everything you need. Sharing your current zip code with your recruiter helps us get things moving faster.

If you have moved, or need to find a new clinic or lab, our team is here to help. Reach out to your Compliance contact during normal business hours for the fastest turnaround time. If there is an after-hours or weekend emergency, let your recruiter know.

Why is XYZ service listed?

Our team will only order what is needed for credentialing. Every client has different timeframes and standards, which sometimes means renewing something sooner than expected.

If you're surprised to see a service listed on your authorization, reach out to your Compliance contact directly before you go to the clinic/lab.
