Setting Surcharge Groups via Accounts

When that account is linked to an order, the order's surcharge groups will automatically be populated based on this setting.

🔄 Important Notes

  • Changes made to surcharge groups on an account do not retroactively update existing orders.

  • This feature helps ensure pricing consistency across orders linked to the same account.

1. Navigate to the Account

  • Go to Accounts.

  • Open the account you’d like to update.


2. Add Surcharge Groups to the Account

  • Scroll to the Surcharge Groups section (or click the appropriate tab, depending on your layout).

  • Click on the search bar.

  • Select the relevant surcharge group.

💡 You can assign multiple surcharge groups if needed.


3. Create or Edit an Order

  • Start a new order, or open an existing order.

  • In the Account field, select the account you’ve added surcharge groups to.


4. Surcharge Groups Automatically Applied

  • Once the account is selected, the order will automatically inherit the surcharge groups from the account.
