Learning path: A learning path is a set of courses designed to learn or improve a specific skill or set of skills.
1. On the Admin menu, click on the “Learning Paths” section.
2. Click on the “Add Learning path” button
3. Give a name to your new Learning path
4. Add a description
5. Set de number of courses to complete the learning path.
Ex. if you set 5 courses in this tab and you include 8 courses in the learning path, this means the learning path will mark as done when the user completes 5 courses.
6. Click on “Next” button
Note: adding Thumbnail, certification, sequence and visibility is optional.
SEQUENCE: An option to configure the courses in a sequential order within the certificate.
At this point, the next step is to add the courses we want the path to have.
7. Click on the “Add courses” button.
It will display this popup window.
8. Choose the courses you want to include in your learning path.
9. Click on the “Save” button.
10. Mark which courses you need to be mandatory (if needed).
11. Set the number of days to complete the courses (*Optional)
12. Click on the “Next” button.
13. Confirm if everything is ok and if so, click on the “Publish” button (Top right or bottom)
How to create Certifications
Certifications: Similar to a learning path, but the main difference is that certifications have customizable recurrence.
1. On the admin menu, click on “Certifications”
2. Click on the “Add” button.
3. Give a name to your new Learning path
4. Add a description
5. Set de number of courses to complete the learning path.
6. Set “Recurrence period”
Recurrence period: | Courses can have recurrence settings—for example, one may expire every 6 months, another every year. |
Recurrence trigger: | Determines the next enrollment date. For example: "Enroll every 6 months based on the date the course is completed." |
Days to complete: | Refers to how many days in advance the user will be enrolled to allow time for course completion.
Example: A course is completed on May 15 and has a one-year recurrence. The next enrollment would happen on May 1 the following year, allowing 15 days to complete it.

7. Click on the “Add courses” button.
8. Search and add the courses you want to include.
9. After that, click on the “Save” button.
10. Set the courses you want to be mandatory. (*optional)
11. Set the number of days to complete the courses (Keep in mind that is just for the first time that they get enrolled)
12. Click on the “Next” button.
13. Confirm the details on your certification and once you’re ok with it. Click on the “Publish” button.
