To open the Chat/Help window, click on the blue bubble that appears at the bottom right of our website. The green icon will appear between 5-10 seconds after the page loads.
This will expand the Chat/Help window to enable you to search our help articles or to ask us a question.
To close the Chat/Help window, simply click the blue chat bubble again.
