This article explains how to add the people who need to sign your document in eSignatureOnline. We have now added the option to choose a color for each signer, making your document management more personalized and intuitive.

Steps:
Go to the "Signers" Tab: After uploading your document, click the Signers tab at the top.
Add a Signer: Click the Add Signer button β to add a new person.
Enter Signer Information: Fill in the details for each signer:
First Name (Required) βοΈ
Last Name (Optional)
Email Address (Required) π§
Phone Number (Optional) π
Choose Signer Colors: Now you can make it more personal! Click on the Signers Colors button π¨ to choose a specific color for each signer. This color will be used to easily identify their signature fields and other elements throughout the document editing process.
Repeat: Add as many signers as needed by repeating steps 2, 3, and 4.
