Automatically adds you or a witness to the list of signers.

Make sure there is a Signature assigned first before performing this step.

Activate Signing Order

System shows you with a pop-up message to enable the Activate Signing Order Message.

Click on to Activate Signing Order button. This means, witness won't be able to sign until the signer has signed.

Steps:

  1. ✨ Add Yourself/Witness:

    1. Click the "Add a Witness" button or the "I'm a Signer" button to add them to the signer list. (Note that adding "I'm a Signer" will remove yourself if this option is clicked.)

  2. Both add a Witness or the user who has added it will disappear upon clicking.

  3. Pop-up when Adding a Witness: System will prompt you to choose a Signing Order to ensure that a Witness must not sign until the signatures are completed by the signer.
