Steps:

  1. Click on Role: βš™οΈ When you click on the "Roles" icon with the gear βš™οΈ, you open the Roles Management area.

  2. A window will pop up πŸ’¬ showing "List Roles" πŸ“œ and various settings.

  3. Edit an Existing Role: ✏️

    • Click the Pencil ✏️ icon next to a role (like "Witness").

    • All checked βœ… options show the features that role can use.

    • Check or uncheck ❌ other options, then click "Save Role". πŸ’Ύ

  4. Create a New Role: βž•

    • Click the "Create Role" button to make a new role like "HR". πŸ’Ό

    • Give the new role a name.

    • Select the features you want that role to have.
