New Feature Alert! 📣

Auto Reminders! ⏰ If a signer hasn't signed, the system sends an auto-reminder. The default is 2 reminders, but Admins can configure the number of times this happens! 📈 (Senders can override this on Step #4 - Send!) 🤝

Remove Events Page on Signed Documents

Option to remove the events page at the end of the signed document. 🗑️

Choose this based on whether you want a record of signing events to be included in the final document. 📖 / 🚫📖

Remove Certificate on Signed Documents

Option to remove the certificate from the end of the signed documents. 📜

Choose based on whether you need the digital certificate to be embedded for verification purposes. ✅📜 / 🚫📜

Introduction:

This article outlines how to customize the Signature Page Settings within the Custom Configuration panel in eSignaturesOnline. These settings put you in control of the signature experience! 🚀

Steps to Customize Signature Page Settings:

  1. Access Custom Config: ➡️ Log in to your eSignaturesOnline account and click on "Custom Config" in the left-hand navigation panel. Then, select the "Signature Page" tab (as shown in the provided image).

    Please Note: ⚠️ The Image may look different from the actual image. This image is only added for illustration purposes only.

  2. Adjust General Settings: ⚙️ Modify the settings according to your preferences. Here's a breakdown of the available options:

    • Auto Reminder Frequency: By default, Auto Reminder frequency is at 2 .

      • You can modify to have reminder settings.

    • Maximum Reminders: By default maximum reminders is at 2

    • Generate Signed Document When Last Signer Signs: As you can see in the image, it is currently disabled.

    • Auto-Finish Signature Process: Automatically save the signature without asking the user to hit finish button. Is disabled on the provided Image.

    • Show Popup on Finishing Signature Process: Display a popup when finishing if auto-finish signature process is not active. The image shown has checked option.

    • Same Style on Signature and Initials: If unchecked, will allow a use to choose different styles for signature and initials. This one is enabled.

      **Remove Events Page on Signed Documents:** As you can see the image has selected as Enabled, will show events and status.
      * **Remove Certificate on Signed Documents:** Option to remove the certificate from the end of the signed documents. Since the image shows it as a checkbox option, you can select/deselect.

  3. Save Changes: ✅ Click the "Save" button to apply your changes. 💾
