Introduction:

Adding signature elements is the foundation of your e-signature workflow. In Step #3, you'll learn how to effortlessly drag and drop these elements, assign them to the right signers, and customize them for a seamless user experience. 🖌️ Let's get started!

Steps:

  1. Go to Step #3: Places: Navigate to the "Places" tab in the document creation process. 🚀

  2. Add Elements:

    • Drag and Drop: Select the desired element from the right panel and drag it onto the document preview. 🖱️ Or...

    • Click to Add: Simply click on the element in the right panel to add it to the document. ✨

  3. Assign to Signer: Select the element ➡️ choose the correct signer from the dropdown menu. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

  4. Adjust Alignment: Align the elements based on the tool from the toolbox. 📏

  5. Move to the Next Step: Once all elements are placed, assigned, and aligned, click "Next." ➡️
