  • Step 1: Find the "Message" area. You'll see a rich text editor, which looks and works like a word processor.

  • Step 2: Write your message. You can format the text (bold, italics, etc.) and add links.

  • Step 3: Modify or keep the existing text.

  • Step 4: (Optional) Using Variables to add data. Click "Variables" to find the pre-defined information options to add.

  • Step 5: Proceed to the next step.
