This article explains how to use the Bulk Add feature in eSignatureOnline to quickly add multiple signers to your document with a simple copy-and-paste.
Steps:
Go to the "Signers" Tab: After uploading your document, click the Signers tab at the top.
Select Bulk Add: Click the Bulk Add button β to open the bulk upload window.

Prepare Your List: Before you paste, make sure your list is in the correct format. Each signer needs to be on a new line, and the information should be in this order:
Name/Last Name/Email/Phone
.Note: The email address is a required field. If you don't have a phone number, you can simply leave that part blank.

John Doe/john.doe@company.com/1234567
Lisa/lisa@company.com
Copy and Paste: Copy your list of signers from a spreadsheet or text document and paste it directly into the text box.
Add Signers: Click the Bulk Add button. The system will process your list and add all the signers to your document instantly.
